Please use caution and always follow recommended guidelines for setup and usage of our Awnings in order to ensure the best possible experience.   Delivery Concerns: If you request for our Sales Team to apply an 'Authority to Leave' on your Awning Order, please keep in mind that you will not be able to inspect the item/s for damages caused during transit at the time of delivery or theft. As a result, Bushwakka Adventure Gear cannot be held responsible for any delivery-related damages, loss or theft. We highly recommend avoiding this option based on the value of our products. To ensure the safe arrival of your Awning, we automatically remove 'Authority to Leave' to prevent theft and give you the ability to carefully inspect the box/s before signing and receiving delivery of your Order. If there is any noticeable damage to the box, please reject the delivery, take photos and inform us immediately (providing photo evidence obtained). Additionally, once your awning has arrived, please take the time to thoroughly check it for any missing items. If you discover any issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter.   General Care: Proper care and maintenance of your Awning (AussieMade & Extreme Range) is essential to ensure its longevity and performance of our products. To prevent rubbing and damage to the arms and canvas, it is important to properly close and secure the Awning when not in use.  Before closing your Awning, make sure that the canvas is dry and free of any debris. When rolling up the awning, be sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid any damage to the canvas (reference our Product Video for correct closure steps). Regular cleaning and inspection of your Awning will also help extend its lifespan - to prevent surface rust on your brackets, we suggest using a lanolin spray. Additionally, using a canvas reproofer spray will enhance the waterproofing capabilities of your Awning to ensure that it is ready for your next adventure!   Warranty: Our Awnings (AussieMade & Extreme Range) are made to the highest manufacturing standards of quality and durability. Therefore, we offer a 12 Month Manufacturing Warranty valid from the date of dispatch from our Warehouse. However, due to the unpredictable nature of outdoor elements, we do not cover damage caused by wind. In response to numerous requests from our customers, Ultra Vision have introduced the Nitro Pentaforce 8mm Anti-Theft Lock Nuts to complement our traditional Torx Anti-Theft Nuts to provide a more robust anti-theft mechanism for the side bolts on our lights. Set includes 4 x bolts plus key. Each key is registered, making it very difficult to acquire the key anonymously.  As an additional support to our customers and dealers Ultra Vision will now not supply brackets to end-users unless they have proof of purchase for the original lights.  

Ultra Vision has now released a number plate bracket to accommodate the most common light bars used on cars and small SUV’s, namely the Nitro Maxx 105W and 155w light bars. These units have been manufactured from stainless steel and allow for simple and unobtrusive fitment to any vehicle.
